We rolled up Blocking Force from the ‘Nam book (page 193) as a Total War Game/Total Victory Scenario - with a few modifications:
   the original Total War - can be found here https://www.flamesofwar.com/hobby.aspx?art_id=4053
   we used a “T” type table to allow for a larger ‘different’ space than just a really big table but allowed with the “T” we still did our best to conform to the 4x6 *(albeit on a larger scale – just imagine that it was a really large table that we cut the pieces out of) guidelines of the Blocking Force Mission
   we also added/altered the objectives in the mission to each player places an objective
   We had the left of the “T” as the defenders zone and the right of the Top of the “T” as where the defenders would arrive from.

Deployment:
Alex and Jace deployed mostly near the village, near the top of the “T”, while I deployed in the middle and bottom of the stem. Alex and Jace placed their mine fields intermitted throughout the village and roads. I placed all four of my mines in front of the objective that was isolated near the bottom. Our land based reserves would arrive a long way away and would take time to get where they were needed:
Alex’s Immediate Reserves:
   M48 Patton Platoon
   Support Rifle Platoon
Jace’s Immediate Reserves:
   Centurion Tank Troop
   Support Skyraider Flight
Lance’s Immediate Reserves:
   Support M101 105mm Firebase
   Support Skyraider Flight (US Allied Unit)
   Support Gunship Aeroweapons Platoon (US Allied Unit)
