Dinner & Dragons 2: Tabletop RPG Night

DESCRIPTION

This is the second Dinner and Dragons as the last one was a great success for everyone involved and with it doing so well I am happy to put a second one on.

I am planning on having 12 dungeons masters running Dungeons and Dragons for at more than half the tables, while we also have games of Pathfinder, Star Wars, Numenera, Vampire, and Shadowrun. One table of Dungeons and Dragons will be for new players and we are also going to be running a multi table epic Dungeons and Dragons adventurer's league game.

The event will be happening at Bushwakker on Saturday August 17th at 5:00 PM start for supper and 6:00 PM for the games to start as we were shutting the bar down at 1:00 AM for some tables with the original start time last go around. I recommend coming for 5:30 PM if you don't plan to eat. As we are growing in size we will be in the bushwakker clubroom, aka the basement, and the arizona room, the room immediately to the left upon entering the restaurant.

Because of the cost of renting both spaces out, paying the dungeons masters, printing, and prizes, I am charging $10.00 a player, cash only. I will be paying each dungeon master $20.00 each for the work they are doing if we are able to fill out each table. The increase for the cost is partly due to the cost of the arizona room being double that of the clubroom but also because I ran this event at a slight loss to myself.

This event is for everyone and anyone who wants to play tabletop rpgs. If you know anyone who would like to come please invite them. I am going to start putting up the details around which tables are available roughly 2 months in advance, but I need to have a page for Wizards of the Coast to reference for my application. As this event is growing I am putting a code of conduct for everyone to follow. This is a public space which I want to make safe for everyone so that everyone can have a safe and fun time. Please read over the code of conduct when you have the opportunity so you can understand some of the expectations as a player and as a dungeon master:

This page will be updated at a later time once more information is finalized and upon me sharing this event page with others. If you add yourself as going to the event now it won't really do much as you won't be able to select a table then, so I would recommend just following.
