KeyForge: Call of the Archons is the world's first Unique Deck Game. Every single Archon Deck that you'll use to play is truly unique and one-of-a kind, with its own Archon and its own mixture of cards in the deck. If you pick up an Archon Deck, you know that you're the only person in existence with access to this exact deck and its distinct combination of cards. In fact, in just the first set of KeyForge: Call of the Archons, there are more than 104 quadrillion possible decks!

ComicReaders Downtown is holding a KeyForge - Survival event on Saturday, April 6, 2019, starting at 11:00am and Sunday, April 14, 2019 starting at 12:30pm.

Each player enters the tournament with 3 decks. The decks are ranked in an order of the player's choosing before the first round. Each player must start with their first deck. Whenever a player loses a round, the deck they played with is "out" and cannot be used for the remainder of the tournament.

When a player no longer has decks remaining, they are eliminated from the tournament.

This variant puts a more unique spin on classic elimination-style tournaments. A sense of excitement and heightened stakes can set in when a player is down to his or her last deck, which can promote more creative and risky strategies as well as a sense of accomplishment when victory is achieved.

ComicReaders has a limited number of decks for sale so players can buy a deck if they do not have the required 3 decks.

The winner of the event will receive 1 KeyForge deck as a prize.
