Warmachine / Hordes - Journeyman League Tournament

START TIME: 9:45am
DURATION: 60 minutes per round; 2 rounds
MAXIMUM PLAYERS: 6 players max.

ComicReaders Downtown ran a 4-month Journeyman League. The League wraps on on May 11 with a tournament at Prairie Game Expo.

Two rounds will be played.

Victor based on:
- Wins
- Scenario points
- Army points Destroyed

1 hour Deathclock

Round 1 - Recon
Round 2 - Spread the Net

75 point lists, 2 lists maximum. 
Divide & Conquer not required. 
CID models allowed.  If using CID models, bring the latest information on those models from Privateer Press.

Awards for:
- Tournament Winner
- Most Scenario Points (Laser-Focused)
- Most Army Points Destroyed

X-Wing 2.0 - Hyperspace Tournament

WHEN: Saturday May 11, 2019
WHERE: Prairie Game eXpo
START TIME: 10:00am
DURATION: 3 rounds; 75 minutes per round; play 2 rounds and then take lunch break; then 3rd round
MAXIMUM PLAYERS: 8 players max.

Tournament Format

X-Wing returns to Prairie Game Expo! With its detailed miniatures and custom dice, X-Wing launches you into a galaxy full of fast-paced starfighter dogfights. Just plot your maneuvers, fly at your enemies, take aim, and fire. The tournament at Prairie Game Expo will use the Hyperspace format. On Fantasy Flight's official X-Wing page you can find the Point Lists for the various factions. When you look at those PDFs you will see which ships and upgrades are allowed in the Hyperspace format.

Lists will be 200 points.

The tournament supports a maximum of 8 players.

Registration in advance is recommended. Register by responding to this post.

DETAILS: The most recent edition of Vampire The Masquerade RPG is at Prairie Game Expo for the first time!
A coterie of vampires has been summoned by the 'powers that be' to deal with a situation and earn their place within the court of vampires. This session is new player friendly. Pre-generated characters will be supplied and no supplies are needed though you are welcome to bring your favourite set of D10 dice if you want. This RPG is not intended for children. Registered in advance is encouraged.

GAME: Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition

DURATION: approx. 4 hours
PLAYERS: 3 players minimum; 4 players maximum
DETAILS: Pinegrave is a small forestry and mining town that's population ebbs and flows with the seasons based on work. One year an elf named Alma fell in love with the town and resided there and made potions for adventurers and nobles a like. Lately she has become short tempered and disappeared recently and you are sent out to investigate. Perhaps it's the latest influx of strangers, or maybe it's the increasing noise and odd lights coming from deeper in the mountain range.

This is aimed towards newer players and you will be provided pre-generated character sheets. If you have dice or writing instruments please bring them but the DM will have some spares. All the player classes and races in the standard Player's Handbook will be available.

DETAILS: Set in the city of Waterdeep, Volothamp Geddarn hires you to recover a missing key, where you find yourself wrapped up in a series of murders in Lower Skullport. Can you find the killer before they find you?
Players will be provided with pre-generated characters at level 8. The DM will have plenty of dice, pens, and paper but if players are encouraged to bring their own pencils, pens and dice if they have them. Players are also encouraged to bring a Player's Handbook.
