FragCon 2015 - Call for help

Once a year the gaming community of Regina gathers at the Winnipeg Street Seniors Center for 3 days of gaming goodness. This is an event that is now in its 12th year. Looking out over the community of gamers in Regina, there is clearly enough gaming interest to have a wonderful 12th convention.

This is a call to all members of SaskGames to consider volunteering to help with the organization of this event. Be a part of the convention and help to make this the best convention yet. 

We have booked the hall for May 1st to 3rd, which is a week after comic con and a week before mother's day. Other then the location and time, I am open to consideration of any changes people would like to see.

We are looking for a convention coordinator, and directors for everything including events, publicity, door, auction, kitchen, security. These roles have been documented and you have a game plan that you can use, or you can create your own if you prefer.
