DESCRIPTION
As the release date for DC Heroclix: Batman approaches, you may be asking yourself "What drives the Batman to do what he does?" Or, if you want to be literal you may just be asking, "What does the Batman drive?"

The answer to the second question is currently on display at ComicReaders Downtown and is being offered as the Grand Prize for this last casual event before regular Organized Play resumes.

That's right: You have the opportunity to get your hands on the DC Heroclix: Batman Batmobile before the set releases. Be the first to fender-bend crime off the streets of Gotham City.

This will be a 2 Booster Sealed event. Booster selection will be determined by store availability.

Note: The Batmobile is affixed to a carboard base, but we suspect it can be removed with appropriate tools. This Batmobile was given to ComicReaders Downtown as a counter display to promote the upcoming Batman set. It is not intended for sale, but we are allowed to offer it up as a prize.

Sunday Limited Magic *Magic: The Gathering*

DESCRIPTION
Sunday is Limited day at ComicReaders.  We alternate back and forth from week to week playing Draft and Sealed Deck, usually with the most recent set.  Limited is a great way to learn to play competitive Magic without needing to have a large collection, and a great way to acquire new cards.

Magic: The Gathering - Commander / Casual

DESCRIPTION
Every Thursday night for as long as I can remember has been Commander night at ComicReaders Downtown. Commander is the modern name for EDH, a variant that emphasises social interactions and creative deckbuilding. It can be played 1-on-1 but is multiplayer at ComicReaders Downtown. You can learn more about this form at http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php.

There has been, of late, empty chairs around the tables so Thursday nights shall now also be Casual nights. If you and your friends want a place to gather to play Legacy, Two-Headed Giant, or any other format of Magic, come down to ComicReaders Downtown. Got a new deck you want to try out? Bring it down and challenge a player to a casual game. Perhaps you just want to do some trades? Do that, too.

And if it so happens that we have at least 8 players that want to play the same format, we'll craft a tournament and I'll even throw in a prize for top player of the night.

[Yu-Gi-Oh Tournaments]

DESCRIPTION
Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments are held every Saturday at ComicReaders Downtown. Feel free to show up early because players are always visiting, trading and playing casually before the tournament. Prizes given to all players.

Please note: ComicReaders Downtown had leftover product from the Return of the Duelist Sneak Peek so while quantities last top four players will receive the promo card from that event and top player of the day will receive two packs of Return of the Duelist. These great prizes are in addition to the Turbo Packs each player receives!

I just got back from the first Chewsday Challenge and I want to extend a big thanks to Matt Robertson, Boston Pizza, Dana Tillusz, Colin Dearborn and all the other people in attendance.
