SaskGames Website Information Nights

WHAT: The SaskGames Executive will be hosting 2 nights of training to become more familiar with the SaskGames website.
WHEN: Tuesday February 18th, 2020 and Tuesday March 10th, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Boston Pizza: 545 Albert St N during Chewsday Challenge

PWYF will be running an organized tournament of Carcassonne (basic version, with no expansions) beginning at 1:00 p.m.! Please reserve your spot here.

Please note that if you do not bring your $5 to the PWYF event, you will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.

We are happy to announce that we are extending our window for our PWYF Paid Registration Prize Draw by one week. 
Early Bird Registration Prize Package! You may have heard about this at Chewsday Challenge but we realized that a general announcement was never put on the PWYF forums so we wanted to remedy that today and give you a few details.

To be entered in the draw, your team captain needs to complete the team registration form HERE and then you need to pay your $25 registration fee HERE. Once paid, your name will be eligible for this prize package which will be drawn on Tuesday, May 14 at Chewsday Challenge.  You do NOT need to be present to win!

TACO NIGHT SIGN UPS!

Event is Thur, May 23/19. Deadline to sell tickets is Wed, May 15/19.

At the moment, there are a total of 60 tickets to sell; however, there is more availability if necessary. The more the merrier!

There will be a maximum of 5 tickets given to each person as we want many teams to participate - however, if you plan on selling more tickets, please let JHegel know!

Once you sign up, please contact Janessa to obtain your tickets. She will be at every Chewsday Challenge, or contact through SaskGames email to make arrangements!

To sign up your team must have paid its registration fees.

All You Can Eat Taco Night!

Hi PWYF Participants!  Your PWYF executive is trying to make fundraising a little easier this year. We have booked a night at the Industrial Park Café for a taco night! All you need to do is sell tickets, and the profit that you earn will go towards your team's goal for this year's PWYF event in support of Street Culture Project!

Where: Industrial Park Café – 101 Hodsman Road
Date: Thursday May 23rd, 2019
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Who: Anyone can attend!
Price: Tickets are $25 each, with a $12 profit for each ticket sold!
Deadline: Please submit the number of tickets sold by Wednesday May 15, 2019 to Janessa Hegel (Jhegel)
Tickets: Each ticket includes a taco bar and 1-16 oz beer, pop, or coffee (no other substitutions)

Industrial Park Cafe will be collecting tickets at the door

If you have any questions please ask on this post - there will be a second post to sign up for ticket sales (here).
The taco bar will include the following:
hard and soft shell tortillas, Mexican spiced ground beef and chicken, tater tots, Doritos bags for taco-in-a-bag, chopped lettuce, tomato, onion, grated cheese, chopped jalapeno and banana peppers, salsa, sour cream, and hot sauces

Please note that seating and the taco bar will occur upstairs with no wheelchair access. If require wheelchair access, please notify Janessa to request downstairs seating. There will be limited service, so you are responsible to have obtain your food from the taco bar.

Come join us this Wednesday July 27th, and catch some Pokemon to help fundraise for PWYR Soul's Harbour with Fellowship of the Die!

Registration is from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the hunt beginning at 6:00 p.m. for 90 minutes!

It is only a $10 entry fee, with prizes to be won!
