Gentlemen, good game.

This was my second attempt at this game of diplomacy by forum and my second draw with Italy. You were all formidable opponents and I had just as much fun this time around.

Colin, thank you for putting up with us as we managed to draw this out for just short of a full year! And I do owe the money we all agreed too when we started.... Exact figure though I am not sure of.  :confused

Congrats on the win Tim!

Firstly, for some reason my email notification isn't working so I am late wager in here. I apologize.

Secondly, Italy did not build again this year but only because the Don is pissed off that the good 'ol Sandstra Bros Alliance did not take a supply centre off of the King of "turtle defense". Indeed a stalemate is what King John wants.... It is his only chance at victory, a shared one.

But if we are talking about a shared victory... then of two alliances on the board.... I say ours has 19 centres and yours only 15 so Tim and I will share the victory. Nana nana boo boo stick your head in cow poo.

1916 ... Lets play it.

If no centres drop, I will agree to the stale mate.

Gentlemen, Italy did not surrender to either England or Russia. Italy's territories and fleets and troops belong to serving Turkey and its movements.

For me....The only way this war ends is if both of you pompous buggers admits defeat and declares Tim the Turk the ruler of this new world.... As I have done not once but twice.

Italia is defeated.

Misfired orders in the Spring of 1912 find the Italian leader Tino angry and deflated.

Italia surrenders its territories to its Turkish master. There will be no more need of bloodshed. The dark side will not prevail.

Another Spring dawns in this long neverending war..... the Italian fleets are hard at work on the front lines in support of the true leader of our new world.

Long live Tim The Turk!

If only Matt had a big brother to help him out maybe Russia would have had better luck commanding his armies and more particularly his fleet that was disbanded back in 1902. Drunken fool.... Too much vodka.

Is there not a Big Brothers of Regina? I'll see about lining you up with one!!

This game has been a lot of fun and I've enjoyed almost every move. But now 7 months later, I agree the result is inevitable.  Tim deserves the win for his good play and well timed moves.

Good game all.

Tino

I am fine with conceding second place to my good and beloved brother.... John you and I both know that when Tim hits 18 supply centres that Italy will have more centres than the Queen of England. I am satisfied with second place.

Long live the Turk!!!

Yes, I am sure he was King John... only one small difference though, you had previously already singlehandedly destroyed France and then forced your brotherhood on him. Italy embraced the Turkish people and their ruler.

...someone take Fredo for a boat ride. He likes to fish. Hmmm... and he likes to sleep. Interesting. We should combine the two.

A scheduled format works for me. I am good with John's proposal of Sunday for move orders and Tuesday for build and retreat orders. That is about the only thing that King John and I have agreed on thus far in this game.

And on that note....... Germany, though 2 units short, is now under the protection of the Axis Alliance and you can be certain King John, there will be more of our German friends to deal with in 1908.

Ambiguous .... Chincey....

King John I quote one of your own.....

"Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once."

I just read the PM that our good Moderator sent to all of us to start the game off and it says verbatim that moves are to be sent PM, no exceptions.

.... Nice try King John.

Tsar Bixby,

Isn't that only a French move to forget to submit your moves? Maybe France is running the Allies after all!!! Haha

But where did that French fleet go!? It was just there in Piedmont a moment a go!!!

Hahaha

Put that in your newspaper!!

Hahahaha

Italia...... Oops I mean, Tino!!!
