Our Learn-To-Play table features beginner-friendly games led by a SaskGames volunteer.  If you're new to board games or to Chewsday Challenge, this is a great place to get started. These games generally take less than 30 minutes to play and don't require you to sign up before the event; just look for our Learn-To-Play sign and grab a seat. Regular attendees are welcome to join the Learn-To-Play game as long as there is enough space for any new attendees.

The Networks is a fun game where you run a television network.  Develop shows, cultivate stars, get advertisements - but make sure you make the right matches!  Don't put that show on at the wrong time!  Don't put that star in the wrong show!  Very instinctive to play, and a lot of fun.

I may use the Telly Time expansion if we have predominantly experienced players.

La Granja: No Siesta is a lot of fun.  It's a roll-and-write where you have to use agricultural commodities to develop your farm (and win the game).  I like it because all players get to play on every turn, even when they aren't the active player.
