Marketplace / May Moving mmmm...Sale

Welp, house is sold, and I'm making a pile of stuff that's not coming with me. It's pretty much the same list as last time, but everything's on clearance. Everything below I will sell for $25 per game or $150 for the remaining lot. Hoping they get a happy home?

Shadows over Camelot
Penny Arcade: Gamers vs Evil (includes the expansion and promo cards as well)
Arctic Scavengers (I believe this has all expansions)
Ascension (base game plus some expansions and promos)
Marvel Legendary: Villains (includes one expansion)

Risk Godstorm
Pokemon Monopoly Kanto Edition
Tokaido
Pathfinder Rise of the Runelords base set
Quarriors!

I also have a stack of the old World of Warcraft TCG including two of the raid dungeons, I'll sell the whole pile for a crisp fiver.

I'll probably make a separate post for it, but I also have the remainder of my MtG collection as well I'd like to get rid of.

Quote from: dyobb on May 07, 2023, 03:39:36 PM@Tempest would you consider hosting a 2nd game of Earth later on the evening?

Assuming the first one doesn't take too long, absolutely!

I was extremely lucky to get my hands on a copy of Earth (hoo boy, is my back sore!) ...aaanyways, super excited to be able to bring this one out. It does go up to five players, but I'm going to cap it at 4 this time and see how things go. (Space might be an issue, what with the table sizes and all. Also, I said 2 hours; I think it'll be less, but I want to play it safe, just in case. If it takes less time, I'd consider running it back-to-back if enough people were interested.)

For those who haven't heard of the game Earth yet, it's a pretty cool engine builder/point salad game, not dissimilar to Wingspan. The thing that really sets it apart for me is that even when it's not your turn, you're always doing something. Essentially whenever the active player takes an action, everyone else gets to take a lesser version of that action, then everyone activates their corresponding cards. While there isn't a ton of player-to-player interaction, it *is* a game with very little down time for all players, depending on circumstances. There are a LOT of ways to collect points, and players are pretty free to pursue whatever path to victory they desire. Ultimately, it's a race to the finish line to see who can make the best ecosystem, especially for the local fauna!

I've been playing this one a fair bit online, and am greatly looking forward to playing it in person with different folks. If there's enough interest, I'd be down for bringing it out on multiple nights as well!  :music:

I'd also like to host My Farm Shop. It's like a lighter version of Space Base, but about selling things from your farm...shop. (Also don't be fooled by the mobile game-esque art! It's fine! I promise!)

Confirming my spot for Tiny Epic Quest; I'd also like to hop into Merchants of Magick. I might do something in between (or just take a supper break, depending on when I roll in haha)

Quote from: bboileau on April 06, 2023, 02:42:40 PMI'd be interested in playing Terra Nova if anybody has it. Terra Mystica clone but running way under the time that terra mystica takes:

Oh interesting! I love Terra Mystica & Gaia Project, I wouldn't mind trying this as well!

Quote from: ChadBoudreau on April 05, 2023, 11:03:12 AMThanks for posting the recap, Dana.
My apologies if anyone was waiting around for the results of the draw or was looking forward to the excitement of a live reveal. We've heard your feedback and we'll make a bigger splash in May.
Thanks for coming out. See you at the next Meeple Monday on April 17.

No worries on my end! I was just curious if I missed it... I also left a bit earlier. Thanks for the info! :)
