Hey guys..

I will be running some Descent (2ed.) if anyone is free. Got room for 3 more players (up to 5 players total).

Start time, 6-6:30pm... depending on players. 2ed. is not as long as the previous Descent but there is a bit odof setup time. expect 3hrs play time.

See you there!

EDIT:
I will also bring Mansions of Madness (similar to 2nd edition Descent) and Firefly. All longish games... just incase not enough people for Descent. We can make a final decision upon seeing available players.

I posted to add a game to host, but doesn't look like it was added to the list.

Hey Matt, going to post up a game for Chewsday challenge pending I make it (since my work schedule can be a little spontaneous).

Name of Game: Ladies and Gentlemen
Number of "couples" (not players, need teams): 5 (total players 10)... preferably male/female couples/teams, but I'm sure that's not necessary. An odd player can also be accomodated with "courtesan" rules (lol).
Duration: 30 minutes.
Start time: 7pm

My wife and I will be the first team, and Damien and wife have already expressed interest for team 2. Looking for 3 more couples. If there is a lot of interest, I will run the game through a couple times (seeing as it appears to be short).

General concept of the game. Couple compete to be the most extravagant couple. The men compete on the stock market buying and selling to make money while their "wife" must use the money to buy the latest fashions and trinkets so that she is the most fashionable/extravagant lady at the ball at the end of the game.

As usual I am unsure of my work week, but IF I have tuesday evening free... put me down for a place. We own Smallworld/know the rules. My wife is also in.

Again, assuming I have the day off, so put me as a "backup" lol...

Was definately a LOT of fun :) I had a great time. Looking forward to meeting other gamers and definately finding some dedicated war gamers :)

Don't worry, Matt. I'll still be attending the Chewsday meetup and sticking to the forums :)

I'm most likely coming and bringing  a few to look at (most notably AWAW or A World at War). Most the games I will be bringing however are far more in depth/complex. I'm more of a war gamer ;)

So far I don't work tonight (can change as I'm on call.... but looking good so far). I will bring the game. The board and such is rather large so I doubt I will pack it into BP, but just to show the game.

I've actually got 2 other people interested in learning already so I will be doing meetups to go over rules for those interested. If we can get an 8 player game, that would be intense and easiest. The more players, the easier the game gets (less strategy each player has to focus on).

As I have been trying to drum up interest for AWAW, I could bring this game to the Chewsday Challenge. I doubt there would be enough time to teach/play, but I can "demo" some of the basic mechanics and see who would be interested :).

My schedule is very unknown atm.... but hopefully I will know closer to the date. But so far, if I have the time off, I will be there with the AWAW game.
